Can the assistant work with the systems we already use?
Usually, yes. We have connected websites to agendas, payment providers, stock systems such as SAP and patient portals. In the free check we tell you what is possible with yours.
We are on WordPress. Do we have to leave it?
No. If your team likes editing in WordPress we clean it up, remove plugins you do not need and keep it secure. If it is slow or keeps breaking, we move you to a faster modern setup and keep your pages, links and Google rankings.
Is a website chatbot allowed under the EU AI Act?
Yes, as long as people are told they are talking to an AI. That rule applies since 2 August 2026, also to small businesses. Every assistant we build says so in its first message and hands over to a person on request.
Will the assistant make things up?
It only answers from the information you approve: your services, prices, hours and policies. When it does not know, it says so and passes the question to you.
What does it cost?
Every project gets one fixed price, agreed in writing after the free check and call. Assistants and care plans add a monthly fee. No surprises on the invoice.
What happens to my clients’ data?
We tell you exactly which services handle the conversations, keep only what the assistant needs, and set it up to fit your privacy policy and the GDPR.
